iPhone 14 deals

The iPhone 14 series is still a popular line of phones and comprises the iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Plus, iPhone 14 Pro and top-spec iPhone 14 Pro Max. Apple discontinued the 14 Pro and 14 Pro Max in September of last year, so these phones in new condition are few and far between. Thanks to the iPhone 16 and iPhone 15 series being readily available, the iPhone 14 and 14 Plus are seeing some discounts to help reduce the sticker shock.

James Martin/CNET

The iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus are available to buy directly from Apple, with delivery and in-store pickup options available. You can trade in your old device for up to $650 off your new one and use an Apple Card* to get 3% back on your purchase.

Spectrum is offering $100 in instant savings on the iPhone 14 if you trade in a qualifying device. The trade-in phone must have a value of $1 or more. Plus, if the final trade-in value exceeds the cost of the new device, the difference will be refunded to your Spectrum Mobile Account.

iPhone 13 deals

The iPhone 13 may not be Apple’s flagship series anymore, but these are still solid phones worth considering. With the new iPhone 16 out now, there are some great iPhone 13 deals to be found.

AT&T is still carrying the iPhone 13, but there are no discounts on offer for the phone itself.

Trade in your old device and purchase an iPhone 13 and you’ll get a discount of $100 off the regular price. This will be in bill credits if financed or instant credit if the phone is purchased outright. Keep in mind that the iPhone 13 isn’t always in stock.

Best Buy isn’t currently offering discounts on the iPhone 13, but you can get up to $230 in trade-in credit. You will also get three free months of Apple Music, Apple TV Plus and Apple Fitness, plus four free months of Apple Arcade.

If you choose a carrier model and set it up through Best Buy, you can also save $150.

iPhone SE (2022) deals

The budget option in Apple’s lineup, the iPhone SE was updated in 2022 but was still targeted squarely at people who wanted a no-frills iPhone experience. Starting at $429, it’s an affordable device for anyone who wants to stick with a familiar experience.

Kevin Heinz/CNET

Best Buy doesn’t currently have a discount on the SE, however, you can save if you have an eligible device to trade in, with Best Buy offering as much as $120 in trade-in credit. Should you choose to have Best Buy connect the phone to a carrier, you can save $100.

If you prefer to buy your iPhone right from the source, you can do that with the iPhone SE. Apple has all the carrier models, along with the unlocked one. If you’re already an iPhone owner looking to switch to the SE, Apple is offering up to $650 when you trade in an eligible device. With a base price of $429, that means you could theoretically get the SE totally free, although you’re probably going to be trading a phone that gets you $40 to $100 off. If your trade-in doesn’t cover the full cost, you can pay the remaining cost in full, or split it into 24 months of interest-free payments when you use an Apple Card during checkout.

Carrier offers include up to $214 in bill credits from AT&T and the potential to get the phone for free from T Mobile; both require qualifying trade-ins.

When you buy an iPhone SE on a new line with any 5G unlimited plan, you can save $430, which gets you the 64GB model for free. Just note that the discount will be applied in the form of monthly credits over 36 months, even if you buy the phone outright.

T-Mobile currently has no straight discounts on the iPhone SE right now, however with an eligible trade-in you can potentially score the phone for free. Plus if you’re new to T-Mobile, when you add a new line you can get the SE for free. Existing customers who don’t have a phone to trade in can add a new line and save up to 50% on the phone of their choice, including the SE.

As with the other iPhone models, Spectrum has the SE available and you can get $100 off with purchase.

Mint Mobile is currently offering the iPhone SE at the regular retail price of $429 but if you purchase it you can get the company’s Unlimited phone service for just $15 per month, as long as you commit to at least one year. That’s a 50% discount on the regular plan cost.
